During my recent hiatus, I underwent several things:
1) the huge 4hr exam that tested my wits and abilities as an RN
2) graduation, thus proceeding through the transformation of nursling to full on nurse
3) starting work at a hospital I've never been to before
I'm sure there is more (goodness me, it FELT like there was a lot more anyways)....but the point is...I personally feel as though I have acquired part of the triforce; through my endeavors, I have obtained courage. And while I could remain humble about it, I decided to pay homage to the one guy that is always seeking courage: Link
The Legend of Zelda series has been a freaking huge chunk of my life, ever since I was a little girl, and I can't help but feel that the games have helped me sort of become the person I am today (quit your giggling, I'm serious!). And I've wanted to pay tribute to the game in one way or another for quite some time now, so I got this: the word "courage" in Hylian (twilight princess Hylian).
Some may call it foolish, but I love it. I will always have a piece of the game with me now, as well as a little bit of courage wherever I go

That is one nice tattoo. I want to get one in Hylian myself, just because I know it will confuse the fuck out of people, and because I love the TP Hylian writing.
